Compassionate

I am currently going through a custody issue with an ex who is not the best, I have been fighting this alone while still getting the help my child needs, my youngest is on the spectrum. I had reached out to multiple attorneys and they said they would take my case and then were all about the money, th...en I was recommended Mr. Hightower, and I had been told by so many attorney's and people they would help and been let down that I did not want to get my hopes up that he would be willing to take my case and help me, a single mom fight for what is in the best interest for my child but he told me he would take my case and help me after I spoke with him and told him what was going on. My case is on-going and I am hopeful. I am thankful for his staff Ashley who is absolutely amazing, We won the protective order case, now I feel more confident with the custody case that is still pending but since I am still going through the court systems for the Custody case I will give another review after the case is concluded and give more insight. I am hopeful, I continue to pray everyday that they will see who my ex really is under the mask he shows everyone and see what is right and wrong.

What a guy

Very professional and an awesome counselor

I've utilized Mr Hightower's services on more that one occasion. I was very pleased with his hard work ethic and empathy towards me. He denfended me and gave me a shot... AND WE LOST... (he told me it was a LONG shot) but he tried hard for me... see I gave away my rights to my kids many years ago and... he was willing to listen to me, work with me and fight to give me A CHANCE to restore my rights. It was one heck of a ride. THANK YOU SIR. I'm glad we tried...

Awesome job and well done

This lawyer is amazing. I was so pleased with him and his staff. He taught me custody law and was very detailed. All in all great experience given what we were doing. He likes mediation and works toward that... but he did and will go to court. He got my ex to listen to me and brought a lot of documen...ts to defend me with. Also they take a payment plan which helps single mothers.
