Outstanding Lawyer

During my one-third century in real estate, real estate finance, construction and development career, I've had many experiences with multiple attorneys. But my experience with Mr. Lohbeck stands out as exceptional. His quick grasp of a complex matter, his intelligence and breadth and depth of knowled...ge was very impressive. His sharp insightful questions cut instantly to the heart of the matter. However, what truly impressed me most about him was his consistently calm, kind, and compassionate demeanor. He gives his parents reason to be extremely proud.

Highly Recommennded

I recently was seeking professional help when it came to getting my kids back. I had been falsely accused of child abuse and had a restraining order placed against me. Mr. Lohbeck was referred to me by another lawyer in town. He was never rushed with me, unlike some other lawyers I had met. He gave m...e his full attention and answered all my questions. He was always professional. After meeting with him, I knew he was the right lawyer to help me. When we went to court he was very impressive. So impressive, he made it look like the other lawyer never went to law school. He got the criminal charges dismissed, got the restraining order dismissed, and got my kids back home. I would 100% recommend Mr. Lohbeck to anyone. - GD

He was very helpful to us

My son was involved in fatal accident. Mr. Lohbeck was understanding, very helpful, and worked his heart out on behalf of our family against those responsible. I would highly recommend him.

Just No

During my phone consultation just before my hearing, Mr.Lohbeck did not have his computer open to the evidence that I submitted to him so that we could talk about certain issues that were important to me, when I asked if he would get his computer he said no. I also talked to him about filing an a...mendment to correct a clerical error that was made in my written statement (that was important to me) to have corrected before my hearing he assured me several times that he would send that amendment document to the Court and Defendant but he never had it corrected, and offered no apologies. It was not important to him, even after I sent him emails reminding him to have the info corrected. His responsiveness and communication style is sorely lacking very one-sided, listening is not his strong suite. I get the feeling he is a Lawyer that works alone for a reason and prefers it that way, due to his Supreme Egocentric bias. Consequently I lost so, what a huge waste of my time and money. I was hoping for Clear an Concise communication and follow through with promises he made- but that did not occur. If I said something contrary to his beliefs he would actually raise his voice at me when we were talking about court procedures and how the hearing might go. I found it very hard just to have a normal conversation with him, because in every instance he surely made his Supreme Opinion the only way forward. I do not recommend this Lawyer, I believe he needs to take a Communication Class to learn how to talk to people and listen.

Terrible Criminal Defense

Do Not Used For Criminal Representation!!! Don't was hired for a case that was dismissed, while under his counsel he wanted to get me to sign a plea and said that was the only way. Like said priorly the case was dismissed after getting new representation. Don was unprofessional with me and my family ...and never gave any good legal advice. After phone conversations with him, he would also leave me feeling hopeless in my situation. Almost seemed like he wanted to get the prosecutor a guilty verdict. Do not recommend for criminal defense!
