Alisha Maestas has been practicing law for over 15 years and has exclusive experience as a former top prosecutor. Before becoming a criminal defense lawyer, Alisha Maestas was a Bernalillo County Deputy District Attorney and was responsible for all types of criminal offenses. Much of her time was spent prosecuting major crimes where she handled murder cases and violent crimes and domestic violence cases as well as complex drug trafficking cases. TOOK MY MONEY...DID PARTIAL WORK...DID NOT COMPLETE...THEN VANISHED
I am paf! I paid this person a lot to begin with. She dropped the ball on making sure the court updated all the charges to DISMISSED. So then I had to pay her MORE to write me a letter stating the charges were dropped. AGAIN....SHE DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH TO INSURE THE STATUS OF MY CASES REVEALED THE ...

Replied last December 28, 2018I apologize that this client was unhappy with my services. I was able to get the Child Abuse (3 counts) dismissed in full and the client also received no jail time. After representation I provided a letter to the UK along with paperwork to show that the case was dismissed, unfortunately the initial arrest is not able to be expunged in total. My fee was very reasonable given the fact that it was a felony case and the felonies were completely dismissed.
