I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  I graduated from Valley High School in 1992 and University of New Mexico in 1998.  I then attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law graduating in 2002.  I practiced law two years in Las Vegas, Nevada before returning to Albuquerque in 2004.  I opened my law firm in June, 2004 and have been in private practice my whole legal career.

RESULTS!
I hired Mr. Kubiak on a criminal case that could have ended badly. Mr. Kubiak was able to get almost all of the evidence against me thrown out because it was obtained illegally. My case resulted in be fully acquitted. I highly recommend him for any criminal case. He wasn't cheap but it was worth it.

Treats you like a real person, highly recommend.
I have personally hired Simon for family law issues and then some corporate law needs, his firm has always provided me sound advice and guidance. I also referred my friend to Simon for an accident and Simon negotiated a very generous settlement for my friend. Would rate six stars if it would let me.
