Hello. First, thank you for your time in writing a review and providing feedback. Providing reviews is a main staple for how a small business grows. Likewise, feedback and criticism are how we grow as people. With that thank you also very much for your compliments. As you’ve posted anonymously, I can’t address your concerns. Moreover, a public form is not the proper place to do that. What I can share is that our office always seeks to provide our clients with the best possible results. The analysis in every case is the same and is a three-step process. First, can we get the client out of the case entirely based upon any legal technicality? This is both the best result for the client and it is the Constitutional burden of the State or the government which afford all citizens their individual freedoms. Second, can we realistically win at trial? If so, that matter is discussed and recommended by the attorney, but always chosen by the client. If those options are unavailable because the facts are insurmountable against a client, it becomes damage control. “Damage Control” is the attorney attempting to minimizing any consequences including jail or prison time, criminal convictions, and collateral consequences such as license ramifications, points, fines, fees, probation, etc. However, one thing we always encourage, is that no client ever take an offer they are not 100% satisfied with. Again, in this specific matter, I don’t know what case this is, nor would I request to address your concerns online.
