Hector Montoya was fantastic. Hands down five star. I was in Arizona to pick up my daughter when I was thrown another hurdle to overcome. Failed to follow up on case with petitioner lawyer in regards to specific detials which generated further delays. Erroronous billing on multiple occasions - supported with documetnation, lawyer owes client funds but fails to refund stating client account overdue however most recent monthly invoic...e received states NO outstanding balance.
