Hector Montoya was fantastic. Hands down five star. I was in Arizona to pick up my daughter when I was thrown another hurdle to overcome. It was on a Friday evening and I called every top lawyer in Tucson. ( Hector Montoya is on this list) only one that gave me his time that day. He understand my ...situation living in Louisiana and having jurisdiction there. Long story short. Hector won my case in Arizona. no contest. Hector was awesome to listen to. Mr. Montoya failed to do anything in a timely manner. His billing is erroneous and takes multiple months to repay his debts. When he found out that my wife and I were going to settle, he started increasing his billable hours without justification. He claims to know a lot more than he actually knows... but when it came down to it he required me to go to a third-party lawyer to figure out military benefits in which he claimed that he was an expert on. It's abundantly clear that his love of money far surpasses his legal knowledge or consideration for his clients. Arrogant rude and unprofessional.

Failed to follow up on case with petitioner lawyer in regards to specific detials which generated further delays. Erroronous billing on multiple occasions - supported with documetnation, lawyer owes client funds but fails to refund stating client account overdue however most recent monthly invoic...e received states NO outstanding balance.

Mr. Montoya accepted my case with the upmost confidence and resolved it in a very timely matter, although other attorneys have told me it's not worth fighting or it's impossible to do anything about it at this point. I'm 100% satisfied with his legal service and his fees were very reasonable as well....
