Hector A Montoya

Mr. Montoya failed to do anything in a timely manner. His billing is erroneous and takes multiple months to repay his debts. When he found out that my wife and I were going to settle, he started increasing his billable hours without justification. He claims to know a lot more than he actually knows... but when it came down to it he required me to go to a third-party lawyer to figure out military benefits in which he claimed that he was an expert on. It's abundantly clear that his love of money far surpasses his legal knowledge or consideration for his clients. Arrogant rude and unprofessional.
