Hector A Montoya

The law firm of Hector Montoya is petty and condescending. I highly not recommend his services for Dissolution of Marriage. Mr Montoya is arrogant and will not complete the law in this matter. When you are needing a reliable counselor in law go somewhere else. The staff in his office is inept. I was ...not satisfied with his representation. The filing of documents was not done in a timely manner. This firm has costed me headaches and lost of money.

I had a suspended drivers licence, mixed in with a 20 year old divorce. The original proceedings had been in Maricopa county, and were basically all 20 years old. Hector took it on, mess that it was. We basically had to go through every department of state government to get them to say the suspend...ed licence was not there doing. Hector stayed the course and my licence was finally return with the judge saying it should have never been suspended in the first place. If I ever need an attorney for anything I would not hesitate one second in contacting Mr. Montoya again. He's the best.

Hector Montoya is by far the best attorney out there. He was able to make sense of my divorce papers which were initially botched by another attorney. Thankfully he expedited the process and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Plus he kept me in the loop on every step, so I could feel some ...relief in a very stressful situation. If you want the best in town for a reasonable price, Hector Montoya is the attorney to hire.
