I hired "Goldstein and Scopellite" about two years ago to take over as counsel in a complex litigation matter that was not going favorably. The case involved four attorneys and had many parties. When they took over the case, they were able to quickly review the lengthy file, develop a strategy to fi...x initial issues that were critical, and then develop a long-term strategy to win the case, which never would have happened if I had not hired them. Mr. Goldstein and Ms. Scopellite, the partners of the firm, are professional lawyers who actually care about your case, just like they say they do on their website. They were attentive, personable, and helped me to understand the process much better than I did before hiring them. Our small firm was based in Washington State. We were named a third party in a lawsuit filed in Texas. The two main contesting parties were a 24 billion dollar firm and a 3 billion dollar firm.
