I have never had such a terrible encounter with an attorney. She does not return phone calls or emails, sets up appointments and fails to show up for them or respond. For our case we should have had a decent size file with evidence and information and when I would request to see certain things she ...would say she didn't have that. She omitted witnesses we listed and when asked why said she wasn't sure. She never contacted one of our witnesses until I threatened to file a complaint against her. After I threatened to find new representation she apologized for the lack of communication and that it would not be like that anymore.....however it did not change.
