First of all, I a retired Postmaster and Disabled Veteran. I live in Germany so I assumed I would be turned away (some others had turned me down) because I'm not within the U.S.A., but to my surprise they did setup an appointment and we spoke on the phone were I had received some great advice and sug...gestions for my SSDI reconsideration case. In the event I have to face an ALJ these guys/gals are on my #1 list. Thank you Jeremy...you know how to treat your clients so they walk away with a smile.

Joane Hallinan was very caring in helping me to understand the process of applying for and receiving my disability funds, which can be very frustrating if you have no prior knowledge on the matter. I wish I had met with several lawyers prior to signing contract with Joane E. Hallinan. She did not even start working on my case until a week before my hearing. And then I found out her incompetent staff lost authorization paperwork and failed to request documents from my doctors. Two days before m...y hearing I drove to my doctors and had them fill out required paperwork. It was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience, lack of knowledge about my case, lack of effort, lack of communication, lack of respect. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this law office to anyone.
