Hallinan & Killpack helps all of our clients at every stage of disability while exhibiting decorum and following Federal requirements. Every case is worked from the beginning to end and once a hearing is set, records are requested per the Federal law that is in place. At times and very rarely, we ask clients to assist in getting records from their providers as we have not had any luck in getting them via fax, eDelivery or mail. Hallinan & Killpack helps as many disability clients as possible and we know that it is very difficult navigating the disability system and claimants not only suffer physically and emotionally, however they also have to worry about how to pay their bills and put food on the table.
