Legal issues rip through our lives in ways few things can…
My own experiences before becoming a lawyer taught me that. They also taught me something else – when you’re in pain you want your lawyer to listen completely first.
You want someone who understands what you are going through and fights with the best knowledge and skill to help restore your life and peace of mind.
I understand what you are going through because my first priority is to listen.
You want our attorney to apply the best legal strategies to resolve your crisis in the most efficient and effective manner.
You want support after the dust has settled, you want to continue knowing what to expect and what to do. You want nothing less than this type of service, I promise to deliver even more.
Right now I only ask two things of you:
You will find out why every review I have received is 5 stars, why I’m known for my compassion in person and my excellence in the courtroom. You will also discover why I am often referred to as the most detailed lawyer my clients have ever met. This is why you can depend on me.

SPITEFUL ATTORNEY !!!
Michael Pittman, was the worst Attorney to hire for a Misdemeanor DUI. Unprofessional from the start. He had me sign a contract immediately, without looking into my case for 1 minute. Met him at Chipotle, to talk about my case. He didn't write anything I said down on a pad, kept looking at his watch,...
Unfortunately not every case turns out exactly like we want it. This was one of those cases. Sometimes no matter how hard you work for someone, they just are never happy, no matter how good the outcome. I believe in great customer service and fighting relentlessly for each and every one of my clients. I am a straight shooter and always keep my clients informed. I communicate with every one of my clients on a weekly basis. I am always available to talk to anyone of my clients any time day or night. Prior to Sirena becoming a client she exhausted many hearings with her previous Attorney (which she fired) and then contacted me. Our initial consultation was from 11:30pm on a Saturday to 1:20am on Sunday morning. During that conversation with Sirena I was able to get caught up on her case learning every detail from top to bottom. I did meet Sirena at Chipotle. I believe in convenience for my clients from the very beginning. I will always meet my clients at a location that is convenient for them. In this case it was a Chipotle because Sirena did not have a Vehicle, could not drive, and this location was blocks from her home. I was not going to have her commute 25 miles to my office with no vehicle. While at Chipotle we spent over an hour speaking about her case and discussing all the options she had moving forward. We both left happy, then 15 minutes later I was asked if I could bring a receipt, I texted back “yes”. I was in the same parking lot and delivered the receipt minutes after receiving her text. Prior to being hired by Sirena she rejected a plea and was instructed by her previous Attorney as well as the prosecutor that the plea she is rejecting will be thrown out and the next plea will be far harsher. That is exactly what happened, then a few days later I was hired. When I came aboard the plea that was being offered was far harsher. In addition I was not informed that she was verbally aggressive towards the cops that night of the arrest, to the point of threatening the cops. Still with all this against us, I was able to get Sirenas case substantially reduced from a second time DUI within seven years to a first time DUI with two days in jail and reduced minimum fines. My job as Sirena’s Attorney was to advise her on the best course of action. Based on the findings of my investigation I presented a very very reasonable plea offer reducing her sentence by 88 days in jail. In addition I was able to get the prosecutor not to file additional charges of threats towards a police officer, this was based direct negations with the prosecutor. At the last hearing which I attended (after her review was posted) I further mitigated her plea by persuading the judge to lower her fines by over $1000. At no time do I ever tell my clients they have to take a plea. I always give my clients their options and advise them of their choices. I am very hurt by these accusations; they are not true and are from a client that I was truly helping. Sirena was very rude and unprofessional with my assistant, court staff, the judge and me. Sirena I truly sorry that you were not happy with what I was able to do for you, I truly worked hard to help you and obtained a great outcome for you. I wish you all the best and I am always available if you are in need of my assistance.
