Yes as long as you disclose that you were convicted of a DUI.

The best you can do is contact DMV and ask them to inform you in writing if anything changes.
What does house arrest equipment involve? Will the police visit? I expect to be convicted of DWAI and have an 11 year old DUI.

Yes you can be rejected because of a criminal conviction. It all depends on the owner.
