Erin Kathleen Fox

Erin is an experienced, knowledgeable family law attorney.  She has been certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Family Law Specialist, and she serves the court as a judge pro tempore.  Erin is a strong advocate and works tirelessly to protect the interests of her clients.  She is equally comfortable negotiating a settlement or aggressively litigating in the courtroom.  Erin is a talented mediator and is frequently sought after to facilitate resolution in family law matters.  Erin excels at helping clients through difficult personal experiences and dedicates her efforts to obtaining a fair resolution.  Erin puts the needs of her clients' children first, and their interests are central to Erin's approach in every case.  

Erin is a Tucson native and was selected as a Tucson 2014 40 Under 40 award recipient.  She obtained her B.A. in English and History from the University of Notre Dame, and returned home to obtain her J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona.  Erin regularly shares her expertise with local legal aid organizations, and has been honored numerous times for her pro bono service.  

Erin is married and has two children.  When she is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and reading.
