You're making a mistake if you do not hire this attorney!

Not only did he help me win my case, but he and his team demonstrated genuine concern and commitment, even while enduring me as a difficult client. Most personal attorney I have ever seen! He knows the law and programs associated with the law and he works behind the scenes for his clients. He has est...ablished himself as a trustworthy lawyer with the clientâ€™s best interest in mind and his staff is outstanding and professional. Youâ€™re making a mistake if you do not retain this officeâ€™s professional expertise! He handled an injury I received from an influenza vaccination under the National Vaccination Injury Compensation Program.

My attorney and counselor is the best!

Mr. Burdette prepared contract for sale of a surgical practice and resolved issues when default occurred. He also represented me in a personal injury suit as well as landlord-tenant dispute. In each case the education , advice and outcome was what I wished for. I continue to have the highest regard ...for his counsel and consider him my best advocate.

The highest recommendation

Lee Burdette took on my personal injury case even though there was no legal precedent in this area. Actually, existing laws made my case look impossible. Everyone, including about 20 attorneys I interviewed prior to Mr. Burdette, found my situation morally reprehensible and not within the intent of t...he current laws; but they said I could do nothing about it. Mr. Burdette agreed to take on my "leading edge" case. We won on a partial summary judgment ruling - the most important one! Not only did this set a new legal precedent in this State - and improve the laws going forward, it also made the other party negotiable and we were able to settle without going to trial. Mr. Burdette worked closely with two other attorneys, who I also very highly recommend: his partner, David Burkett and family attorney, William Lawrie. All three were professional, excellent communicators, fair, knew what they were up against and how to tackle it and have the strongest sense of ethics. Without reservation, I highly recommend Lee Burdette.
