I prepare estate plans for people who do not enjoy the right to pay federal estate taxes, i.e., couple with a likely net worth at death of more than $20M. That limitation makes me available for just about everyone.

I represent lawyers in discipline matters. I also provide expert witness and consulting services on ethics and professionalism matter. Finally, I regularly lecture to lawyers on ethics matters.

I represent parties in real estate, business, insurance, legal malpractice and probate/trust matters. I represent plaintiffs and defendants. I charge by the hour or on a contingent fee basis, and also look at blended rates.

My practice has focused most heavily on real estate matters, but less so in the past 10-ish years. I do not handle zoning matters or homeowner/association disputes; otherwise, I am available for transactions, litigation and general advice.

I've handled 30 or more appeals. Significant cases include Kaufmann v. M&S Unlimited, Pleak v. Entrada Prop. Owners' Ass'n, Johnson v. Hispanic Broadcasters and Citibank v. Van Velzer.
