I hired Ms. Moffett to represent me in my child custody case. She was amazing. She was a zealous advocate and she won my case. I always found her to be caring and compassionate and she guided me knowledgeably through all aspects of my case. I am so glad I hired her!

Kimberly moffett is a true public defender, she represented me in my last case. She fought for me and my children hard for nearly 3 1/2years. Thankfully I successfully got my children back. If it wasn't for her truly and genuinely being my lawyer, lord only nos what the outcome could of been. She is ...in my opinion one of the few great public defenders left out there. She listens and I feel really does do all she can, to work along side you to reunite families. Thank you. Kimberly moffett.

Our journey

Kymberley is very down to earth and stepped to be present in the courtroom when I could not be ,being that I live out of state and needed an attorney in Ariz to fight dcse, although I did a great majority of the work myself before I hired her,there are some things you just have to have a lawyer for e...specially going up against a government agency. I would definitely hire her again and would recommend her to anyone going through custody case. She stepped up and did what I couldn't with very little time to prepare. We win! She's great!
