Kymberley A Moffett

Kymberley represented me as a child when I was in foster care for a few years. She really cared about me and was patient and kind. She always took extra time with me and my case and made a scary situation less so. Today I am a teacher, a wife, and a mother myself and I feel like much of the credi...t for my success goes to her. Kimberly moffett is a true public defender, she represented me in my last case. She fought for me and my children hard for nearly 3 1/2years. Thankfully I successfully got my children back. Kymberley Moffett represented me in a child custody case that involved Dcs and my granddaughter. I had met with other attorneys before her. I knew after I met with her that she was the one that could help me with my case. She filed a motion to intervene on behalf of my granddaughter that was in a fos...ter care. She has extensive knowledge on Dcs and their policy. She is professional, compassionate, understanding, thorough and honest.
