She’s the only clear choice

After interviewing 2 separate attorneys Kymberley was the only choice. During our initial conversation she was professional and offered a real opinion about specific case needs. Fabulous!

We hired her for a termination and she won! Then we hired her for our adoption. And kept hiring her. We are on our fourth adoption and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Tough fighter

I liked her so much I hired her twice. Mrs. Moffett represented me in two child custody cases. She won both times. She really knows her stuff. I was impressed each time with how much she knew about the law and how hard she fought for me. She really wiped the floor with the other guys. I hope I don’t ...need to, but I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again.

Our journey

Kymberley is very down to earth and stepped to be present in the courtroom when I could not be ,being that I live out of state and needed an attorney in Ariz to fight dcse, although I did a great majority of the work myself before I hired her,there are some things you just have to have a lawyer for e...specially going up against a government agency. I would definitely hire her again and would recommend her to anyone going through custody case. She stepped up and did what I couldn't with very little time to prepare. We win! She's great!
