Excellent representation. I highly recommend her!

I hired Ms. Moffett to keep my child safe. Unfortunately her biological father is an abuser and a deadbeat. I needed help urgently and turned to Ms. Moffett. Thank God I did. She fought for us and terminated his rights. The trial was grueling but she never wavered. After we won, she even did the adop...tion for us and now her legal dad is her real dad. She saved my little girl and made our family complete.

I Hope She Helped You. Did She?

She was not willing to go the extra for my case. Convinced me I should not have a trial, when in fact that would have been the best way to get to the truth first thing. Five years later DCS has more lies in their records. My rights are not severed nor is my child home.

Best Attorney Ever

Kymberley fought for me. She represented me in order to get custody of my granddaughter away from D.C.S. We won that case and then she did the adoption. I can’t say enough good things about her. She knew the law. She knew the system. And she never gave up. She put our family back together and I can’t... thank her enough.

Excellent representation

Ms. Moffett represented my husband and myself in a motion to intervene in Juvenile Court. She was aggressive and tenacious and got us the results we couldn’t get from anyone else. We wholeheartedly recommend this lawyer.

Amazing attorney

Kymberley represented me as a child when I was in foster care for a few years. She really cared about me and was patient and kind. She always took extra time with me and my case and made a scary situation less so. Today I am a teacher, a wife, and a mother myself and I feel like much of the credi...t for my success goes to her. Today I am not a grisly statistic and that's due in no small part to her tireless efforts on my behalf. I am very thankful for her invaluable guidance.
