Wandering
I went to get help on a probate issue. He wandered mentally all over the place. He repeated things he had said several times. He charged me $400 for a consultation that was 40 minutes long, my choice. I felt he addressed issues that were not relevant. When i questioned him he said "I am the lawyer". ...
