My mom and I were referred to Mr. Way by my Personal Injury attorney Michael Bell for my grandma's Probate. Mr Way was very thorough in explaining the process to us and very comforting in that he was going to take care of our probate as fast as he could. My grandma had a Will that was very specific... and Mr. Way told us that it was going to be fairly easy and he was going to take care of everything for us. We were so glad to hear because we were in mourning and the process to us was just to much to handle. We just closed out our Probate today. Robert assisted me with a last will and testament of a great friend of the family. The will was confusing and had quite a few issues with it. Robert helped with Court fillings and various timing issues. When you are asked to become an executor to a will, no one ever tells you how difficult it will ...be. You have emotional issues to deal with besides the legal issues. I can tell you that in my experience Robert Way ESQ. was very respectful of my situation, offered great advice, let me handle what I thought I could handle, and basically held my hand through the legal ease. He handled the difficult parts that I knew was over my head, and there was quite a few of that. I can honestly say that I thought I could handle a lot. I tried and failed.
