Jill-Ann Frances Medlow Weickhardt

I focus my practice primarily on estate planning, trusts and probate as well as real estate and general business legal matters. I am committed to providing superior representation to clients.

Prior to joining Mesch, Clark, Rothschild, I practiced law in New York City, where I worked on a variety of corporate and financial litigation matters in which I gained significant experience with mortgage-backed securities, commercial litigation, product liability, and antitrust matters. I am admitted to practice in Arizona as well as New York. Most recently, I worked at Arizona Land and Water Trust and Waterfall Attorneys where my work introduced me to a range of real estate and business matters.

I am involved with local organizations that support our community including my role as Board Member of the Pima County Community Land Trust and Member of the Junior League of Tucson. I received my B.A. from New York University and J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Having transplanted from the Northeast, I am very excited to call Tucson, and Mesch, Clark, Rothschild, home.
