Worst Lawyer Ever!!!

I have dealt with Michael for almost a year and a half and have been completely dissatisfied with his services. He does not care about his clients whatsoever and is simple an expensive email forwarder that never listens to what you have to say. On numerous occasions I have had to re-give information ...I already gave him or re-explain something we already talked about and I would get charged for having to explain myself a second and sometimes third time. I understand that this a business but he is really only about the money and trying to squeeze you for as much as he can. The only thing he could ever remember was to remind you of your balance that you owed. I only stuck with him as long as I did because I felt I was too invested in him to jump ship. 8-10 thousand dollars later I have nothing from him to show for it except a depleted bank account. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from him as possible. Best case scenario is that he represents the other party in your case automatically giving you the leg up.

Blech

Michael came recommended by a highly respected attorney who could not take the case due to a potential conflict of interest. Divorce attorneys are in the trusted position of being there at a time when most people are lost, confused, angry, sad, desperate, and seeking someone they can trust to guide t...hem. Michael did none of these things. He was not responsive to emails in a timely manner. He padded his bills when he did answer emails. He set up terms for my divorce that clearly left me at a disadvantage (I should have known better- shame on me). I should have trusted the other reviews I read on the internet. He was not kind, compassionate, considerate, I ended up feeling like he was hired by my ex-spouse. Would not recommend and went back to referral source and let them know of my experience.

Amazing Attorney

Michael did a fantastic job representing me in a difficult divorce. He knew how to negotiate the best financial deal for me. Michael and his assistant were responsive to all my calls and emails and his fees were far lower than any of the other attorneys I called. I highly recommend him.

Not Recommended

Mr. Johnson handled my siblings custody battle, that sided against her. He was hardly prepared although he had weeks to be. He always seemed like he had other pressing issues he needed to attend to that didn't pertain to the case at hand. During the hearing and testimonies he often fumbled his argume...nt or case. He stated facts wrong even after conversing with his client. He came off very unprofessional. His Assistant was very good at touching base with my sister, but toward the end it was if my sister had to continuously call Johnsons office for information or concerns. I would NOT recommend Michael Johnson. He was clearly more concerned about receiving his checks then doing the task at hand, which was to advise, advocate, and thrive in this devastating matter on which we had.

AMAZING LAWYER!

Michael did an amazing job handling my difficult divorce! My husband and I had been married many years and had lots of property and debts to divide. We also had three children who were torn between two households. Michael was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was very quick to respond to m...y many, many calls and emails. I was a wreck! He also recommended an excellent therapist for our children. He did a fantastic job preparing me for court. I would HIGHLY recommend Michael for any divorce or custody matters!
