Father's Rights!

In my case the mother of my children had taken the kids out of state without my permission or knowledge of where they had gone. Once we finally located the children, The Sampair Group helped me obtain my rights back as the father of my children. My children now live back in Arizona and I have a grea...t relationship with them and I have my visitation rights back. So as a father I highly recommend Patrick. Fathers have the same rights mother do..

Highly Recommend, don't waste any more time and money with other attorneys.

After doing research online I came across a lot of Mr. Sampairs good reviews and then I decided to call his office, I was offer a consultation right away for free. After meeting with him I realized why he has really high ratings. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and to the point. His attorneys fee...s are very reasonable. The Sampair group is outstanding.

Well Done

Regarding my divorce I had a great experience with the Sampair Group. What I liked most was their knowledge, experience and professionalism. Any inquiries I had for them were always answered in a timely manner. They help me feel secure in the sense that I was going to be treated fairly and that al...l my needs and concerns would be addressed. Thank you Sampair Group for helping me in my most difficult time.

Extremely Appauled, Let Down, & Ashamed

I sent a message through the Sampair Law Groups web page asking someone to call me for a consultation. Before scheduling time to take off work and drag my children out to their office ALL I wanted to know was if one of the attorneys in their firm would even have the availability on their calender to ...properly represent me with a temporary orders trial that was schedule in less than thirty days. Shorty after I sent the message via their webpage -I was contacted by a woman who told me that she could not even tell me if they had the availability to take my case until I came into their office. I let her know that I would try to send Mr Sampair an Email considering the fact I was referred to him by a close family friend . So when I was not able to locate an email I called the firm again to speak to an older man who claimed he was the office manager. He spoke to me like I was a Child I told him that all I am looking to know before I waste my time or their attorneys time coming in for a consultation was if they even had the availability given such a short notice - he refused to answer my question said he was not interested in my case or scheduling me a consultation with the lawyers of his firm because he did not like my attitude. Instead of simplty telling me he understood my concern and that many people call in with short notice herrings - he went to the extent to belittle me telling me "you think your know whats going on in your case - you dont have a damn clue whats going on in your own case" he told me that he had reviewed the minute entries on dockett and that the Judge will never have a temporary orders herring and my final trial in Feb although it was clearly scheduled that was on the case calender.he went on to say; "and your not the only one who chooses to hire an attorney after self representing and realizing the'yre in over their head" and then he told me he was hanging up and not to call back! Any smart person would ask if the attorneys knew how his office reps were handling thier client or "potential" clients and so I asked the very rude man on the phone and he said YES that Mr. Sampair was aware of how they were handling their clients and I was hung up on! I will not sit here and say one way or the other to do or not to do business with this firm but I am posting this review in hopes that the attorneys will read this and correct the behaviors of their employees and possibly make right of the way I have been handled by their firm. I am just a human being seeking assistance just like the rest of the people who call their firm. I even explained to them that I had interviewed 6 attorneys by which three I would have hired had they had the availability to physically be there to represent me and they did not care- they insisted on treating me like I didnt belong and had no right to ask questions. When you are in a family law litigation with a 4 month old child involved and you have 30 days to hire an attorney you are pressed and nothing else matters but making that one right decision- I would not say that the Sampair Law Grop cared or was willing to be of any assistance.

I am sorry that we were unable to assist you. Our policy and AZ State Bar requirements require a completed questionnaire and that we do a conflicts check prior to any of our attorneys speaking with any potential client. We offered you a free consultation which you declined. You insisted on being put through to Mr. Sampair immediately. Our scheduler was polite, professional and repeatedly offered you a free consultation, however, you declined her repeated offers. When you called back the following day and spoke with the office manager, initially you stated that the reason for your call was to advise the Firm of how you had been treated the day before. Initially, the office manager again offered you a free consultation if you chose to come in, but you declined. The conversation rapidly went downhill from there. Our office manager, who has decades of experience in family law, ultimately determined that we would not be able to assist you and politely advised you as such. I am sorry that you feel that you were treated inappropriately, however, your wild untrue complaints only reaffirm the decision that we would not be able to assist you with your case. We do wish you the best of luck with your search for counsel and with your upcoming trial. The Sampair Group

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
