Hands down the best Lawyer in Arizona ! We had a very serious case and last minute i tried calling other lawyer's nobody could take the case due to the timing . I Called Barreda Law late in the evening and the owner answered my call and took the case and drove to the little town 200 miles away from h...is office not only that but he completely beat the case and made sure our family was reunited that same day ! Josh and Karen and their team were a god send!!! They are experienced and know what they’re doing. They are down to earth and tell you how it is. I was going through a custody battle with an ex who was extremely petty. Who was keeping our child from me without valid court orders. Josh and the team at... Barreda Law made sure I knew what to expect and really made sure they had a grasp of what I was dealing with. In the end we got exactly what we were asking for and my ex was reprimanded by the judge. I had a very difficult case with my ex having huge mental issues, drug abuse and abandonment. My ex was trying to fight against having his rights severed. I was recommeded to Joshua and I couldn’t be happier. I called their office and they were able to get me into their office the same day. I told th...em the case and they were very confident. I met with Joshua and he explained the whole process. After several months of preparation, we went to trial and he was completely prepared. He was able to get me everything I asked for. If I had to go back to family court, I would have had used Joshua there too. I believe Joshua was the reason I won my case. He was very knowledgeable and used the right resources to prove my case.
