Andrew’s exceptional work literally saved us. My husband and I have lived in the same home for 40+ years in a very pleasant neighborhood. When our neighbor pasted away unfortunately the person who moved in was a nightmare. It was the type of thing they make movies about. He was a constant torment to ...me and my 72 year old husband. Apparently this person had been involved in some sort of accident and had mental and emotional anger issues. For some reason we became his focal point of outbursts. For the first time in our lives we felt like was needed a fence. We had a 6 foot fence installed separating the properties hoping our problems would go away. Our neighbor’s response was to build a platform to stand on to stair over the fence and harass us. The police were unable to do anything for us. I’m a constant gardener. It is my passion and our back yard has been a winner of many awards as well as featured in local newspapers. It got so bad we couldn’t even go back there which broke my heart. When we moved our interests to the front yard to ignore our tormenter he was not satisfied with being ignored. He would walk around the block and walk back in forth in front of our house. Again the police would come but could do very little. They would show up and he would be awful to them but stayed within his limits of being arrested. After about 6 months we basically became shut-ins our own home. The police were apologetic but they couldn’t do anything. I was afraid to go outside. A relative came to our rescue with Andrew’s phone number. He said he had a great experience with him and suggested we give him a call. Andrew got to work the day we spoke with him. Within a week we had strong support and Andy had found ways to empower the police to stop this person. Within a month we were signing papers that put an end to the harassment. As the summer concludes I’m happy to say that my garden looks better than ever and I have not heard or seen my tormentor in almost a year. Thanks to Andrew we have our lives back!
