Matthew Harrison is the founding member of Harrison Law and has been practicing law for 25 years. Prior to forming Harrison Law, Mr. Harrison was an attorney with a nationally-recognized surety, construction, and fidelity law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where his practice focused on complex civil litigation. Previously Mr. Harrison was a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for over seven years where he held leadership positions and mentored less-experienced attorneys.

 

Mr. Harrison has extensive experience in both civil and criminal law. He also has significant trial court and arbitration experience, which includes being lead counsel in over 35 jury trials. Mr. Harrison has represented clients on legal issues involving claims and litigation from a few thousand dollars to claims and litigation in excess of 100 million dollars. He is the author or co-author for several legal publications and is a presenter at CLE programs.

Highly Recommended Attorney
Mr. Harrison was great to work with. From the first meeting until the trial concluded, he was always very professional and provided very honest, consistent feedback and advise. There may not be a guarantee on the outcome of any given trial, but it sure was worth having Mr. Harrison as my legal representative. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. By the way, Mr. Harrison was instrumental in achieving a very favorable decision for my case as the Defendant in a Civil Suit.

Great trustworthy advice and service!!
Matthew and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease in helping me with some confusing decisions regarding my estate planning. His team was able to get my documents together in a timely manner and had them ready for me and my spouse to sign at a time that was convenient for us. GREAT SERVICE!

Helped with my financial needs
I was a widow and I needed to have an Estate Plan for myself. Mr. Harrison met with me and created a plan that suited my needs at that time. My questions were addressed and a comprehensive plan was developed for me. At my final signing meeting, Mr. Harrison went over the complete plan and answered all of my questions. I have a copy of the plan for my personal records. This effort by Mr. Harrison resulted in peace of mind for me. I appreciated his professional, courteous efforts for me.

great service
Mr. Harrison reviewed our trust, which has several amendments from different attornies. He gave us a clearer interpretation of the documents than anyone previously. He provided a simple ammendment to clear up the ammendment mess we had, e.g. ammendments referring to invalidated sections. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions about the trust and future actions to take.

Highly recommended attorney
Matt was very patient yet pro active through out the whole process. There was not a time when I had to follow up as he was always on point. I was also impressed with his honesty even when it wasn't necessarily to my advantage. I have worked with Matt more than once and both times I felt he truly had my best interest in mind.

Patient, thorough, and great service!
I initially sought out legal advice for a possible fraud situation. He let me know my rights and that he would be willing to take me on as a client. It turned out I didn't need those services, however, I decided to take care of my living will. Mr. Harrison was so patient with me due to my busy work schedule. He took the time to communicate back and forth to ensure the documents were filled in correctly. He also alerted me of weekend hours he had, so I could get the documents signed and notarized. I was impressed with the professionalism and understanding given by Mr. Harrison. I highly recommend Mr. Harrison for anyone in need of an attorney.
