Over the last 14 years, he has served as lead counsel in hundreds of family law cases, bringing a steady hand and sharp strategic insight to deeply emotional legal battles. He especially enjoys being able to help reunite children with their parents and guide families toward stable new chapters.
Robert comes from a military family. Though he was born in Texas, his earliest memories are from when his family was stationed in West Germany. After his father was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army, his family settled in California. He attended university and law school in Utah, spent two years on a church mission in Michigan, and completed two prestigious internships in Washington, D.C., with the U.S. Senate and the Department of Justice. In 2010, Robert and his family settled in Phoenix, which they proudly call home.
The best thing Robert got out of law school was his wife, Natalie, who is also an attorney. They met on the first day of law school at Brigham Young University and have been inseparable ever since. Robert is the proud father of two children, a boy and a girl. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading novels, watching college football, volunteers in a community family history library, and staying active in his church and community.

Criminal misdemeanor case
