Best family attorney

Best Family attorney Ive had. Michael did everything I needed in a short weeks notice

Michael Girgenti took my case after the original consult in October 2022. He was assuring & competent at the initial interview, and did not fail to exercise precision and determination in resolving the case. His temperament & concentration to details throughout was focused & well-planned. P...resentation to me, as well as the Judge, was concise and accurate. Easy to communicate with, and trustworthy. I have told Michael, i have the luxury of feeling as if i have known him for 20 years...that goes for anyone he may represent (and includes those he has represented). Best Lawyer around

I hired Mr. Girgenti after having three other lawyers in my divorce case. My case was a mess. Mr. Girgenti treated me with the utmost respect. He communicated very well and called me very quickly when I needed him. He explained things in easy terms. If I was out of line, he would suggest somethi...ng that he felt would work better and it always did without fail. Everything he did helped straighten out my case very quickly. My Judge respected him and knew he was a person of integrity. Mr. Girgenti is the best lawyer and I would recommend him over any other lawyer. Best thing I did for my divorce was hire him!

Highly Professional and Effective

Michael won my case. I was in a tough spot during my divorce having just been diagnosed with a significant disability. Opposing counsel was ruthless and I was so nervous and scared that I was on the verge of signing disadvantageous terms in my family law case. Michael took over from my pre...vious attorney and immediately demonstrated the poise, knowledge, character strength and compassion I needed to confront a situation I felt was impossible. As a result, opposing counsel started playing by the rule of law, and more importantly, the court started to hear my voice. During litigation, Michael was calm, assertive, and professional. He tackled each challenge in my case with mastery that kept opposing counsel from confusing the situation by jumping from topic to topic haphazardly. The result was a win that level set the future for my ex-wife and me. Our kids are emotionally stable, mentally fit, and have a strong relationship with both parents. Afterall, the future state of the children is what matters most.

I found the right attorney!!!

I worked with Michael Girgenti for 4 months to complete a guardianship process. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions when I asked. He broke down the entire process (filing documents, preparing me for court) so I could fully comprehend. I was continuously update throughout the ent...ire process and made aware of any changes that were happening. Overall I enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone who needs a family attorney.
