Excellent lawyer

I liked Edgar’s Francis Brillantes Espiritu Jr from my first consultation with him . He was very calm , easy to talk to ,and very honest , Hespent time getting to know me and my son .He is a very professional and prepared lawyer . I hired him and was so happy I did . He took my case and I felt I... had an attorney that could really get enforced my previous orders. He fought for me .through it all , he worked very efficiently and hard for me . He has a very caring and very competent staff . He was thoroughly , and very well organized for court. He made a very difficult time for me so much easier . My outcome was very positive , I would hire him again should I ever have a need for an excellent lawyer .

AMAZING Attorney

I had an attorney years ago that was great and I trusted his judgment. Unfortunately I had to go back to court and he recommended that I use Francis. BEST RECOMMENDATION I’ve ever had. I was very worried about my court case regarding parenting time with my children as they are my life. Francis was ca...lm and collected and VERY responsive we were able to put together a GREAT counter defense that allowed me to gain SO much more time with my precious children. He makes his clients feel like they are the only priority he has and ACTUALLY cares about your case. I would recommend him for ANYONE going through a hard time in family court and struggling with the outcome. Not only did he act professionally and know what needed to be done legally, he was there for me PERSONALLY and when I needed someone the most to reassure me. 10/10 would recommend anyone who care to hire this attorney!

Francis was extremely prepared, strategic and empathetic as he represented my son and I in an Order of Protection hearing. We achieved the result we wanted because we were in great hands with Francis.
