Biography
I help individuals, families, and business owners protect the people they love, the assets they have built, and the legacy they want to leave behind.
Since founding Yaser Ali Law in 2015, I have helped clients with estate planning, probate, trust administration, business planning, charitable planning, and tax strategy. Many clients come to us feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or concerned about making the wrong decision. My goal is to make the law easier to understand, help clients see their options clearly, and guide them toward practical decisions that fit their real lives.
Our firm helps clients create wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and more advanced planning when needed. We also assist families after the death of a loved one and advise clients who want to give to charity, reduce unnecessary taxes, or plan for a business or family transition.
Before starting my firm, I studied at the University of Florida, Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, and UC Berkeley School of Law, where I served on the California Law Review. I later clerked for Judge Damon J. Keith on the U.S. Court of Appeals and worked at Osborn Maledon, handling complex litigation matters in state and federal court.
That background shaped the way I practice today: listen carefully, explain things clearly, and help clients make confident decisions during some of life’s most important moments.
