I only saw Mr. Shenkman speak once, but it was a terrific experience. As a fellow Trusts and Estate attorney, I appreciated his focus on needing to be honest with a client, coordinating financial affairs with that client's financial planner and accountant, and focusing on a client's living needs instead of their post-mortem planning. I agree 100% with his law practice philosophy.
Daniel Timins Estate planning Attorney
