Biography
I only handle immigration cases, mostly deportation defense involving asylum. It is my passion and I derive pleasure out of figting for immigrants. I do lots of appeal work all the way up to the U.S. Courts of Appeals. I file a memorandum of law or a brief in support of nearly every case I handle, and believe that briefing the legal issues improves the chance of prevailing in the matter. I love law, support rule of law, and fight lawlessness all too often perpetrated by immigration authorities.
