Having practiced law for nearly two decades, both in private practice and as in-house counsel, Roie has extensive experience in business transactions, commercial litigation and estate planning.

As a seasoned litigator, Roie had successfully resolved and achieved favorable outcomes for his clients on a wide range of civil disputes – including several multimillion-dollar lawsuits – on matters involving contractual breaches, partnership disputes, property-related claims, construction-related disputes, injunctions and many other commercial matters.

As a corporate lawyer, both as in-house and as an outside general counsel, Roie had assisted his clients in consummating countless commercial transactions ranging from mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, business formations and re-organizations, corporate governance and real estate-related transactions.

To better serve Bar Law’s individual and SME clients with continuity and estate management concerns, Roie had also been advising clients with succession planning matters, including the utilization of living trusts, wills & last testaments, healthcare powers of attorney, financial powers of attorneys, living wills & healthcare directives, and other alternative succession-planning tools available to each client based on their unique circumstances.
