Strategic counsel
I have known Chuck for close to 18 years. He is the lawyer that understands the challenges that real estate business owners face each day. He deals with investors, lenders, partnerships, bond issuances, taxes, and regulations all the time. Each one of these relationships creates legal risks that must be address in a cost-effective manner, before trouble strikes. In its most basic form, he can quickly formulate successful strategies which an organization can use to help control the common risks and even illuminate the rarely foreseen risk that can sneak up and jeopardize a transaction. I have greatly appreciated his guidance over the years and look forward to the next opportunity to work with him and his team.
