Practicing in Arizona since 1990. After practicing at a local insurance defense boutinque firm, joined Gust Rosenfeld, PLC, in 1995. Became equity member in 1999. Litigated hundreds of cases in the tort and contract areas over the years. Tried and arbitrated over 100 cases to judgment. Argued before the Arizona Court of Appeals. Authored and presented at numerous seminars and conferences in Arizona and across the country on topics such as insurance bad faith, the use of expert witnesses at trial, insurance fraud and the defense of public officials in civil litigation. An executive board member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, a member of DRI and also Arizona's Finest Lawyers. Currently serves as board president of the Ahwatukee Foothills Family YMCA.
