John called me and e-mailed me quickly and I was hesitant to hire him simply b/c I thought the price tag was steep. He was very respectful, I liked what he said, and he explained to me that the fee was a one time fee for evicting a deadbeat tenant - the price covered all the legal fees, documents etc.... I searched ratings on him, found he had great reviews, and I decided that sometimes you get what you pay for. He and his team were worth every cent! Not only do they really know what they are doing they were informative and kind in explaining the process and they answered e-mails and calls quickly. My case was someone complex and they helped with every step and question and never tried to charge me more. When John was unavailable one of his assistants was usually available and if not, got back with me in minutes. I feel more secure knowing I can count on him and his team in the future.
