Praise for a job very well done.
Don Yearin was very aggressive and did excellent work on my case. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I would give Don Yearin the highest recommendation. I found Don to be very experienced, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.

Don Yearin was great in Court and we won our case
I retained Don Yearin as my lawyer and we had three seperate evidentiary hearings in the Maricopa County Superior Court. During each hearing I was so happy that Don was my lawyer and that I did not have an incompetent lawyer like the one representing the defendant. Don was great at cross examining ...
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Don for years since we were both puppy lawyers. We went head to head on a case years ago and Don was impressive even as a young lawyer. His skills have only improved and I would highly recommend Don to anybody who needed his particular field of expertise."
"I endorse this lawyer. Don is an excellent lawyer who is zealous in the representation of his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. I recently opposed Don in a contentious dissolution action. In my direct dealings with him, I found Don to be responsive, professional and attentive to the issues at hand. Without hesitation, I would feel comfortable referring matters to Don given his experience and legal acumen."
"I endorse this lawyer. In addition to being a brilliant attorney, Don Yearin is an even better person. I have had the privilege to know Don as an attorney and a friend. He is very caring to his clients and will work extremely hard for them to acheive excellent results. I have referred nursing home cases to Don and he has exceeded client expectations in every case. Don has a proven track record of success and unlike many attorneys in larger firms, he will always return phone calls and delivers answers when needed. In my opinion, Don deserves the highest attorney rating possible."
"Donald Yearin is an aggressive tort litigator with extensive knowledge of personal injury matters. He obtained several large settlements for my clients, and has assisted many smaller injury cases as well. He and his staff are professional, maintain proper communications, and provide realistic assessment of cases at the onset of engagements. I regularly refer clients to Donald Yearin and have referred two of my family members for his services as well."
"I highly endorse this attorney. He is a highly skilled courtroom attorney who has an excellent litigation record, yet remains caring and compassionate about the plight of his clients. He is able to win cases which most attorneys would not even consider taking because of his skill and intricate knowledge of the law. Clients are well represented and served by Don Yearin."
"It is my pleasure to endorse Don Yearin. Don is a hard working, highly skilled litigator who works diligently to obtain civil justice for his clients."

“I was disciplined with a 30 day suspension when I made the mistake of representing myself in my personal divorce case. I admit I was to aggressive against my ex-wife in our heated and personal divorce. My ex-wife and I have put this behind us and now have an excellent relationship where we live in the same neighborhood raising our three children. This is the only time in 25 years I have been disciplined and it was due to the personal nature of the divorce which clouded my judgment.”
