Don's client sued his former insurance agency partners for breach of fiduc ... iary duty and breach of contract alleging that defendants wrongfully terminated him and subsequently wrongfully converted his insurance accounts. Prior to trial,the defendants had offered only $6,000.00 to settle the case.

Earl and Elizabeth Becker were a retired couple traveling from Las Vegas when an eighteen wheel truck attempted to turn left in front of them causing a serious collison. Ms. Becker was rendered a quad ... riplegic and nearly died. Through discovery, it was established that the trucker had exceeded the lawful number of hours to operate a semi truck in a 40 hour period and that he had traces of methaphetamines in his system. It was also established that the Company routinely engaged in such conduct and failed to develop policies to avoid accidents
