This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
Donald’s comment: “I was disciplined with a 30 day suspension when I made the mistake of representing myself in my personal divorce case. I admit I was to aggressive against my ex-wife in our heated and personal divorce. My ex-wife and I have put this behind us and now have an excellent relationship where we live in the same neighborhood raising our three children. This is the only time in 25 years I have been disciplined and it was due to the personal nature of the divorce which clouded my judgment.”

Don Yearin was very aggressive and did excellent work on my case. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I would give Don Yearin the highest recommendation. I found Don to be very experienced, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.

I retained Don Yearin as my lawyer and we had three seperate evidentiary hearings in the Maricopa County Superior Court. During each hearing I was so happy that Don was my lawyer and that I did not have an incompetent lawyer like the one representing the defendant. Don was great at cross examining the defendant and we prevailed at each hearing. In the end, I got everything we had asked for and was very pleased with the outcome.

I endorse this lawyer. I have known Don for years since we were both puppy lawyers. We went head to head on a case years ago and Don was impressive even as a young lawyer. His skills have only improved and I would highly recommend Don to anybody who needed his particular field of expertise.
