Steve German has been practicing law in Arizona since 1993, and is also licensed in Ohio. Steve spent six years employed at a large law firm in Phoenix, Arizona.
In 1999, Steve started his own law firm, devoting his practice to protecting individual rights. His clients are victims of insurance companies that refuse to pay long-term disability benefits, victims (and surviving families) of rollover and tread-separation accidents, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and other tort-related incidents.
Beginning in 1999, Steve formed a close allegiance and working relationship with Tab Turner, an Arkansas attorney, who has twice been named national Trial Lawyer of the Year, and who is perhaps best known for his work against Ford (Rollovers) and Firestone (Tread-Separations). That close working relationship continues to this day as together they routinely litigate catastrophic loss claims against Ford, Firestone, Cooper Tire, TRW, and other large corporations that manufacture automobiles and tires.
From the mid-1990s to the present, Steve has resolved individual disability income claims, either by obtaining monthly benefits for clients, settling claims, and/or negotiating buy-outs, totaling in the tens of millions of dollars. Since 1999, Steve and the Firm have litigated and resolved rollover and tread separation cases with Tab Turner in the southwest United States, totalling tens of millions of dollars. Steve and his Firm are currently litigating cases of local and national interest, including a Utah bus crash that killed nine, and injured dozens more, when a chartered bus rolled on its return trip to Phoenix from Telluride Ski Resort.
In 2003, Danny Adelman joined Steve, and together they formed Adelman German, PLC. The practice has thrived and grown considerably over the past eight years. Together, Danny and Steve have successfully represented numerous families and children who were catastrophically injured as a result of hospital and professional negligence. Steve has successfully litigated individual cases that have resolved in amounts ranging from the high hundreds of thousands of dollars, up to $12 million.
Adelman German currently staffs four full-time attorneys at its Scottsdale office, and a support staff including several top tiered para-professionals and support staff. The firm is well-rooted in the community, and actively is engaged in numerous charitable organizations and philanthropies.
