Restraining orders

I met Robyn in September over a restraining order my husband put on me. I was scared and confused and got her name from a friend. I called her and left a message and got a call back shortly after. We talked and I explained my situation Robyn immediately made me feel at ease that all will be resolved.... I finally met her face to face and was Instantly relieved from any further concerns regarding my case. She was prepared she was professional and she was on point with the laws protecting me. Not only did I hire professional representation I made a new friend. Robyn is a lawyer that truly cares about her clients.

Detailed, Empathetic & Intelligent

Robyn is a smart and savvy litigator with a broad base of knowledge which she calls upon to competently advise and inform. She was a helpful and calming force in a time of litigious acrimony, and I was so thankful to have her counsel to rely upon.

I’m so glad I found Robyn

Robyn is the absolute best. I hired her to help me get my puppy back from my ex and she made sure our case was as solid as possible. She made sure all documents were verified and backed by witness testimonies. She kept me up to date with everything she was doing and made sure I was okay with how thin...gs were being done. I was absolutely heartbroken when my ex stole my dog but Robyn was always there with her hard work and reassurance that the truth should always come out. The night before our court date we looked at all the evidence we were going to present and I already felt like a weight was taken off me from how confident I was in her. The day of our court date was a uphill battle. The judge had heard that I was being accused of domestic violence in a separate case and was very clearly biased against me. She tried to throw out document evidence that even my ex had stated was true. The judge went above and beyond to make our case difficult and allowed testimonies that really had nothing to do with who owned my dog. If it wasn’t for Robyn, I would have lost. There isn’t a doubt in my mind I needed her to get my dog back. I would 100% recommend Robyn and her team to anyone who needs a lawyer. My only regret is that I hired a different lawyer for my criminal case before I found Robyn. If I hadn’t already invested in him I would definitely have hired Robyn for that, too.

Top Notch Lawyer

Robyn Barret was the 3rd lawyer hired by us to resolve a child custody case. I am happy and relieved to say that she was the only lawyer that went above and beyond and got the job done! Very thorough in her research and preparation. I recommend her highly!
