Robert S Singer

Robert Singer was the most honest and tenacious lawyer I have ever seen. I had a case that was not a normal child custody case. We were third party case. I was in court against my mother for custody of my niece. It seemed at every turn a new situation would come up that did not line up with a tradit...ional custody case. Through it all Rob made sure he told me what to do and if he thought he was not the best attorney to handle it, because it was not something he dealt with before, he told me. He wanted to make sure that I knew what I was getting into and had the best representation. Rob was also very tenacious. I thought that maybe because he was an affordable attorney that I would get someone who maybe has to juggle numerous things and maybe could not devote time to me. I was wrong. He is like a dog with a bone. He will work tirelessly for you. He surpassed the work that my mothers attorney did. Speaking of my mothers attorney. She charged my mother almost 4 times what I ended up paying Rob for the same case. He is affordable and works with you to ensure he is not just charging you for frivolous stuff. He also works with you on paying it. He understands that most people do not have thousands of dollars at their disposal while in a custody battle. Overall I could not as for a better attorney!

Mr. Singer helped me with my divorce proceedings and I can't say enough about him as an attorney or as a person. He is straight to the point, very knowledgeable and had every intention of getting me through the process as fast as possible. He kept me on track and answered all of my questions. His fee...s were reasonable and considerably less than my ex-wife's. Mr. Singer handled my child custody issues with my ex.-wife. Right off the bat, he was very professional, friendly and blunt about what a realistic outcome of my case would be. At no point did he try to sell me on anything, and explained the pros and cons of each action along the way. He even coached... me on how to do certain things myself, as he would often say he'd hate to charge me for something that I could easily do. Rob was always available to answer my questions, via phone calls, email or text. Unlike other attorneys, he charged me for ACTUAL time, not rounded up numbers. There was no "automatic one hour charge" nonsense for a 2 minute conversation. Rob has a good working relationship with the court staff and judges, and he is well-known for getting results while making the other attorney look like a total idiot. Rob is extremely ethical, professional, friendly and honest. He ended up getting done EXACTLY what he said he would, and did it for less than half of what my ex-wife had to pay her attorney. (Bonus points for that). He was recommended to me by a good friend, and I cannot say enough good things about him. You cannot go wrong with Rob Singer.
