Kristina R Keating

Kristina is a dedicated attorney who has substantial experience representing individuals and businesses of all sizes. Focusing her practice primarily on the areas of real estate and business law, Kristina takes a responsive and cost-effective approach to client matters while adhering to the highest standards of integrity.

Kristina’s legal experience is vast and wide-ranging.  Out of law school, Kristina worked for a boutique law firm focusing on adoptions.  Subsequently, Kristina served as Assistant Attorney General in the Tobacco Enforcement Unit for Arizona, practiced with the real estate group of the national firm, Kutak Rock LLP, and even went on to hang out her own shingle. All of these experiences helped to shape and mold Kristina into the practitioner she is today.

Currently, Kristina practices law with ., an innovative, national law firm, and has been with the firm since its inception. . strips away the economic burden of high overhead and fixed salaries from its rate structure, resulting in top-shelf work priced at substantially less costs. Kristina is excited about the opportunity to be a part of an innovative law practice as the flexible model fosters greater productivity and efficiency for her clients.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys traveling, running, spending time with her husband and daughter, and giving back to her community through a number of charitable organizations.  Since 2008, Kristina has been a member of the MetrOrg Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix, where she is currently serving as the Club Connection chair.  Kristina previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Valley Youth Theatre and was a Big Sister for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area for several years.
