Rob came to us as a recommendation from a friend of a friend. Even though these friends were trustworthy, safe it to say that there was an initial amount of faith involved on our part prior to us meeting. My fiancée and I had some serious concerns, and, to be honest, quite a bit of fear over what ...the next six months of litigation would bring us. There was just too much unknown. However, any doubt was soon dispelled by Rob’s sincerity and level of professionalism. Every step of the way he was there to answer each question and concern that we had, all the while providing the most appropriate course of action to proceed with. I do not want this to sound cliché or commonplace, but Rob is everything that one could ask for in an attorney. That being said, there is still a price for everything. The only reason that I am bringing it up is because of our current financial position. Honestly, it was quite a stretch for us to afford. However, once again, he was willing to working with us every step of the way. After the trial, which ended in our favor, we even received a heavy recompense. Do not bother wasting your time on trying to find someone else. Seriously. Put your faith in him as we did and you will be as grateful as we are.

Robert was terrific.......I came to him with post divorce issues that have been ongoing, and my ex was not cooperating with agreements made in 2002 for some time. I knew getting a lawyer in the game, my ex would take me seriously. I had fired my divorce attorney in 2008 as she let the ball drop on ...several issues. So I was at a standstill for a while and then things heated up with my children approaching college age and our divorce decree clearly states that Father was to pay for post high school education. Robert, after reviewing my docs and situation, identified additional areas of concern. Things I was not going to pursue. But Robert explained to me that the college thing might be a civil lawsuit and the family court would throw it out - but as long as we were pursuing the college education, we should pursue the items he felt were justified and deemed Family Court matters. And he was confident that these matters would be settled by Family Court in my favor. We pursued the other issues along with the college tuition and filed for a Trial. Father and his attorney almost immediately agreed to our requests (college plus 3 other items!) I got more than I initially was going to go for due to Robert's insight and knowledge. Great guy - as well.......highly recommend him to anyone in need of a family attorney!

At the beginning of my case I knew I needed the best attorney out there. My case was very complicated but Robert always told me the truth and never strung me along. At the end of the day Robert was very thorough and didn't skip a beat. We got what we wanted and I was very confident in him . Rob's office piqued my interest on several points and I was able to meet with him in October of 2016 after i had found my wife of 24 years was havin...g an affair. Rob determined that there would be no spousal support payments made base upon Arizona Law. He recommended and amazing and compassionate realtor to help us sell our newly remodeled property- it sold in 4 days. That was a record. We thought we'd be in it for 6 months. So we both go out and get apartments and move. Pricing was within a few thousand of asking. We did well. I had Rob draw-up documents that directed where the funds were to be used, first to pay off the mortgage, the second. Also then to pay off all marital community debts.If anything else I gifted the remaining to my soon to be ex for start up cash. His expertise and understanding of the law applied to our situation was crystal clear. The consent decree came back after the waiting period with signed by the Judge and finalized. The nightmare was over. Now it was time to get away,and heal. That's where I am now. Picking myself up rapidly and getting back into the life I used to enjoy before a conditional marriage destroyed it.
