I needed a good attorney and quick. There are a plethora of them out there but many are easy to weed through easy enough without even contacting them. Rob's office piqued my interest on several points and I was able to meet with him in October of 2016 after i had found my wife of 24 years was havin...g an affair. I had Rob draw-up documents that directed where the funds were to be used, first to pay off the mortgage, the second. Also then to pay off all marital community debts.If anything else I gifted the remaining to my soon to be ex for start up cash. His expertise and understanding of the law applied to our situation was crystal clear. The consent decree came back after the waiting period with signed by the Judge and finalized. The nightmare was over. Now it was time to get away,and heal. That's where I am now. Picking myself up rapidly and getting back into the life I used to enjoy before a conditional marriage destroyed it.
