Rachel Caldwell, Esq.

As a trial-tested family law attorney at Cantor Law Group in Phoenix, I focus on high-conflict divorce, complex custody disputes, spousal maintenance, and asset division — particularly cases involving business valuations or significant financial intricacies.
My approach combines deep courtroom experience with practical insight. I appear in evidentiary hearings on a near-weekly basis and maintain a strong trial record. Prior to private practice, I served as an Assistant Attorney General, where I handled over 100 juvenile dependency cases and never lost a trial — experience that sharpened my instincts for high-stakes litigation.
Before becoming an attorney, I spent more than a decade in corporate leadership roles, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios at Abbott Nutrition and Abbott Pharmaceuticals. This gives me a unique edge in understanding financial complexity during divorce proceedings.
